The present project proposes the development of a new generation of microtransducers based on magnetic homogenous or multilayer nanowires. The team involved in the project has been selected in concordance with the activities and the objectives to be accomplished and on the basis of the scientific experience needed and available to successfully complete the tasks.

The project answer the purposes of PNCDI II and also of those of the 4 th Program, based on the coagulation of a consortium that polarizes entities with rich and recognized experience in the field, capable to reach the objectives of the project. Also, although it is a project focused toward applicative research, coming direct from the main objective, it includes an important fundamental research component in order to ensure a solid bases for the experimental models.
